Project Connect

A small-group coaching experience focused on setting short- and medium-term goals with concrete action plans to drive achievement. This program provides personalized guidance within a supportive peer environment.

The Collective Workshop (CW)

Designed for companies investing in high-potential employees, CW develops leadership skills in self-awareness, communication, and collaboration. This 90-minute monthly session equips participants with the tools to grow into strong, effective leaders.
